Mikan honey is a mono-floral honey made from the nectar of mikan flowers, a flower which blooms for only about two weeks of the year in mid-May. Our bees roam about these mikan flowers and return to their beehives to produce a deliciously sweet and unique honey with a pleasant mikan overtone.
