Yuzu Curd 140g

Heavenly soft and luscious, yuzu curd is made by gently cooking a mixture of yuzu juice, yuzu peel, eggs, sugar and butter until thickened.  A divine and flavorsome spread that pairs well with breads, pastries, cakes and tarts.

For those not familiar with yuzu, its flavor can be likened to that of a grapefruit but with mikan overtones. A delightfully tart and sweet citrus that makes for a delicious curd.

Main ingredients: yuzu juice, lemon juice, yuzu peel, eggs, sugar and butter. (No preservatives).
